With a $200,000 donation from the Torrance Education Foundation, the Torrance Unified School District unveiled its new technology center at the district office on Monday, April 1st. The money was used towards computer and software upgrades for the technology center which will be accessible to district teachers. Michael Wermers, president of the school board, showed the new technology room to an audience of board members, teachers and administrators on Monday.
